| Application forms for Std I-IX wards of Serving / Retired Defence can be purcahsed from the school office on any working day as per schedule given below. | |

| An assessment will be done based on CBSE syllabus for the following subjects | |
| Std II to Std V | English, Hindi, Maths |
| Std VI to Std VIII | English, Hindi, Maths & Science |
| Std IX | English, Hindi / Sanskrit, Maths & Science |
| 1. The cost of application forms will be: | |
| a. Serving/Retired Officers | Rs. 100/- |
| b. Serving/Retired JCO | Rs. 70/- |
| c. Serving/Retired OR | Rs. 50/- |
| 2.Result of assessment test for the year 2023 – 24 | Will be communicated after the Assessment |
| 3. Payment of fees for new admission | As per the school guidelines |
| The following certificates are to be produced at the time of admission: | |
a. Extract or record of service duly attested for defence service personnel for Date of birth |

b. Birth Certificate issued by Military / Civil Hospital / Municipality/ Panchayat |
|
c. Latest marks / certificates from the previous school |
|
d. Transfer Certificate duly attested |
|
e. Service / Discharge / Pension Certificate and Identity issued by the Sainik Welfare Officer for Ex-Service men |

| STANDERD OPERATING PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY PARENTS AND STUDENTS DURING ADMISSIONS: | |
1) Wearing masks is compulsory. |

2) Social distance near the entrance with in the school campus and inside the classroom is mandatory. |
|
3) Hand sanitizing at the entrance is compulsory. |
|
4) All students should carry a transparent kit containing Hand Sanitizer, Writing Materials, Tissue Paper, Spare Mask and Water Bottle. |
|
5) No eatable will be allowed. |
